How VIDA came to be.

Pauly started first. After years working in manufacturing as a business analyst, she walked away from working for other people and started Pauly Barker Digital Marketing, LLC. She was done building someone else's business and ready to build her own.

When I left the manufacturing world after 20 years, I joined her. We renamed the company VIDA Marketing, added services, built out the team, and started growing into what it is today.

The honest reason we did it? We wanted to be home with our family. We wanted to build something that was ours. And we wanted to help the kind of business owners we had been working alongside for two decades — people doing real work, solving real problems, who deserved marketing that actually worked for them.

That is still why we do this.

Pauly Barker

Founder & CMO

Pauly is the founder of VIDA Marketing and the marketing expert the agency is built on. Her background as a business analyst gave her the ability to see clearly what others miss — the gap between what a business is doing and what it should be doing.

She is an expert in messaging and Meta Ads and brings the marketing experience that makes VIDA's client results possible. When we sit across from a client and a messaging problem needs to be solved, Pauly is the one who can diagnose it in minutes and build the campaign strategy that fixes it.

Operations, Marketing, & Strategy

I spent 20+ years in manufacturing — starting on the floor as an operator and working my way through to plant manager at multiple companies across the industry. That career gave me something most marketing professionals do not have: a deep understanding of how businesses actually operate from the inside out.

I have seen every mistake a business can make. Misaligned leadership. Unclear systems. Marketing built on a broken foundation. Operations that cannot support the growth being sold. When I say alignment comes before marketing, it is not a tagline. It is something I watched businesses fail to get right for two decades.
